I feel like I’m watching their show again. They honestly were ahead of their time. They were the front-runners to speaking out on public forums in the 2010’s. I appreciate what they did so much.

Man if you two ever do anything together I will definitely be all in. You two are joined at the hip in multiple aspects. I truly hope I get an opportunity to see that again. The mold you two set is up there on multiple levers of entertainment. Please make it happen. I’ll be waiting with the bowl of popcorn!!!!

They learned a valuable lesson. People don’t like politics mixed with their sports. It has always been that way. People turn to sports to get away from the annoyance of politics. The two topics are oil and water.

You guys connected on an organic level (and still are after watching this) that very few people are blessed to do. I read your book so I know why it ended & why it HAD to end. To append Michael's point...other duos will come, but NO ONE will ever do it like y'all did. Take a very deserved bow! 💯👏🏾

Yo, not for nothing but Maserati Jemele been putting out some AMAZING content over the last year. Been listening to this podcast since the Phonte episode. Then, there was Way Down in the Hole. Then, there's the show with Cari Champion. Mad respeck. P.S. Waited for this episode a long time.

Happy that Mike is growing through the ESPN trauma. I empathize with his testimony. It is a blessing to hear it and I pray the Lord continues to bless him. As a fan, I really really hope that they do something together but THIS TIME on a platform that THEY OWN! They so deserve it. And let's be frank, they gave birth to this whole WOKE SPORTS-ENTERTAINMENT TV PERSONALITY genre anyway.

Just 8% of all fans agree that “broadcasters should use sports to promote political issues. Fewer still (6%) believe “sponsors should use sports to promote political issues.” Overall, 60% of fans do not agree that “pro athletes should use their platforms to promote political issues.” - Forbes Magazine (results when polling random sports fans).

Man Michael Smith could’ve done great things on ESPN and then branching off onto his own thing, but that got ruined by Jemele’s motives. Then she got elevated and he got forgotten. Smh.
