Agree. I’m an atheist but I have more in common with Christians probably. I do think it’s important to push back against evil, but in the debate arena and not by attacking people or being vicious, etc. I try to treat people with respect no matter who they are or what they believe. We are all individuals the smallest minority! Micheals singing is still epic! Guitar playing too of course!!! God speed sir!

@miguelberrios34453 жыл бұрын
guess we are back to Anarchy nowadays and Devil Worship has never needed anyone's help, since Devil worship mirrors god's worship who is the Devil's creator after all, so in a sense god is the creator of evil.... the bible says so.... Isaiah 45:7 in the King James Version reads, “I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create EVIL: I the LORD do all these things.”

I can remember taking to hell with the devil cassette tape and a walkman to my Grampa's so he could hear it. Imagine this long haired kid who loved 80's rock n roll and this Pearl Harbor survivor, extremely religious man who hated my music. He didnt like the music but he loved the words as he read along as it played. I got "the nod" that Styper was ok to listen to. I sure miss those days too Michael. But everything that is happening is written and its going to get much worse. I cant wait cause that means Lord Jesus Christ is coming soon.. God bless.

Man, Michael Sweet is so talented. Doesn't get anywhere near the amount of credit he deserves. He's literally to this day STILL writing better songs an albums than anyone in the game. Better than any major band from the 80s, 90s, 2000s, 2010s. Better than any new bands. No one is more consistently writing kick ass song and solos like him. G.D.E. is 1 of the best rock albums ever made. The new record coming out soon will 100% kickass, guarenteed. And since we have all these sissies in America nowadays that want to change EVERYTHING about America, including the National Amthem, i vote if they change it, they change it to this song. God bless you Michael, Oz, Robert & Perry, and STRYPER..I'm VERY thankful that you're still making music. God bless us all.

Anthony DeFabees I totally agree with you. I’m not taking anything away from Michael, Tim was “that loose cannon” in the band. He’s been in and out of the band before. It really sucks that things went down the way they did between them. But at the end of the day those are the four guys that I grew up listening to and I loved that line up. I still love Stryper with their new bass player, he kicks ass. But I still miss Tim in the mix.

Back in the 80's it was him and Sebastian Bach then everyone else fell behind but yes it's great to see him still be able to pound out his music with such power and passion. MS & Stryper's long career is turning into a musical Pilgrims Progress. I am the same age as the band members and have followed them from the beginning. Compare their early fun loving light but solid gospel lyrics from the '80's to the current lyrics that reflect a lifetime of spiritual battle full of scars, pain, and firm resignation to Christ alone. We have different stories but the patterns are the same, and despite it all God gets the glory. Yeah, gimmick to make money, ha!!!
