He has a beautiful voice. Reminds me of Nat king Cole. Have been a fan of Michaels sister Lynda randle for years but didn't realise he could sing as well also. Great family lots of talent.

I love this duet. 2 of my favorites. Sandy Patty takes me back to my childhood being grounded in Christ. She's amongst many contemporary artist my mother listened to along with Amy Grant, Twila Paris, Michelle Pillar, Michael W. Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman just to name a few. I met Sandy a few years back at a women's conference at the Sprint Center. She's a genuine sweetie pie and shows the Fruit of the Spirit.

How is it funny? Despite being married, she hugged Michael from 3:23 to 3:29. That's considered adultery as per 1 Corinthians 7:1 KJV. Did you really not notice how he was touching her shoulder with his? Patti should be ashamed of herself.

Nat King Cole might not have been a Christian, it's great that Christian artists can cover non-Christian artists. Being a Christian doesn't mean to only listen to Christian music. I had a Christian tell me I should only listen to Christian music or I would go to hell. There is sin in a lot of secular music, that doesn't make it a place to judge people. I haven't talked to him in years.
@wiscorpio724 жыл бұрын
DC Talk started out as rock rap, I think Michael Tait only sung, he never rapped.
@christopherskipp15254 жыл бұрын
I thought I was going to hear a Christian song. My mistake.

It's great Christians can listen to Nat King Cole as well as Christian music.
@christopherskipp15254 жыл бұрын
@@wiscorpio72 I could listen to death metal too, but I don't see much of a point.
@wiscorpio724 жыл бұрын
@@christopherskipp1525 not that there's a point in it, I just don't like it when Christians are judgmental of people who listen to non-Christian music. Sixpence None The Richer themselves covered non-Christian songs like "Don't Dream It's Over" and I grew up liking the band Crowded House. I can listen to 80s pop, 70s, or Nat King Cole. Carrie Underwood herself did the song "Jesus Take The Wheel". Christians have the freedom to like all kinds of music. I'm not a death metal fan myself.
@christopherskipp15254 жыл бұрын
@@wiscorpio72 I get it that non-Christian composers, at least some of them, were probably musical geniuses. And, of course, it's America, so I guess citizens can listen to anything they want, but as any citizen, we are all "entitled" to an opinion concerning non-Christian artists. It is a sideline issue in my opinion, not essential to any correct evaluation of acceptable faith and practice.
@greggarcia62944 жыл бұрын
@@wiscorpio72 Sorry pal, but I couldn't care less about the music; I'm ticked off because of that overly salacious display of affection I saw in the video. Why on earth is Patti dancing with and HUGGING a non-spousal man? That's considered adultery in the Bible. When you have a husband, you aren't supposed to hug, dance with, or kiss _non-spousal_ , _non-familial_ males .
