The ANA test is for antinuclear antibodies. Given the test was positive, and they have CREST, the antibody was most likely positive for an anti-centromere antibody.

An Ana ab alone won't tell about Scleroderma. It's needed the specific antibodies Ab. Scl70 and Ab. Centromere B. Any positive is indication of scleroderma. Both are different. Scl70 for the diffuse form, and the second is for limited form. And the "scleroderma antibodies panel", there are different antibodies not only scl70 and Centromere B.
