He was and is sorry because he got caught. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if he started getting involved in that world again when people stop forgetting what he's done. I mean the law allowed him to own a dog because his daughter wanted one maybe he should have sat his daughter down and said. "You can't have a dog because I used to abuse them and kill them and bit on them." I don't care that he lied in the beginning, some people say if he had told the truth then it wouldn't be as bad... that's horse crap, what he did is horrible... what he did is more then horrible. I will never forget what he did, I still look at my sweet angel-face and am so confused as to how someone would ever want to hurt her. Dogs are pure love, they are loyal and love you no matter what. It doesn't matter if you're ugly, if you're poor, if you're sick, they love you and to treat them any differently would take a monster. He shouldn't be playing football. He shouldn't be able to own a dog. It's been many years, but I will never forget what he did.

If you can't understand that and why it should be illegal, then I assume (maybe wrongly) that you don't think any living being but humans should be free from suffering. @jenniferhendrix195811 жыл бұрын
All he could say about his actions was, "It was wrong man." And the fact that he didn't become "disgusted" with what he had done until he went to prison is just as disturbing. His lack of sincerity just shows that he's NOT sorry, he's all about himself...he doesn't seem to show any remorse whatsoever about those dogs and what they went through. He only cared about the fact that he was in prison instead of on that football field. I wish the reporter/journalist would have asked about the dogs that survived and found loving homes and how he feels about them? Or how about the dogs that are in Utah that will forever be at that animal sanctuary because they can not be adopted or heal from all the damage this man caused? I read the book, "The Lost Dogs" some of his partners/cousins that were a part of Bad Newz Kennel's suggested that they find homes for the dogs that wouldn't fight...Vick's exact words were, "No kill them." What a nice guy. In the book, there was a dog referred to as "The Little Red Dog" when she wouldn't fight they threw her down the attic stairs, then took her outside, Vick took her back legs and another took her front legs and they swung her like a jump rope, they swung her little broken body and slammed her into the ground again and again until she was dead. That's what some of you Vick fans don't seem to understand, his actions were beyond cruel, someone that is capable of these things is severely disturbed. Some of the dogs that authorities found buried were not even dead when they were buried according to autopsy reports. Vick mentioned in this interview that part of the reason he was ever involved in dog fighting was because it was, "Fun, Cool and exciting" Are you f--king kidding me? What exactly is fun, cool and exciting about dogs ripping each other apart? What is cool about dogs that live a life on the end of a heavy chain, that are left there to nurse themselves back to health (if you can even call it health) after a fight? What is fun about hearing the screams these animals make when they're fighting for their lives? Any person that can stomach a dog fight and/or be excited about it or think it's "cool" is a seriously sick, sick individual. How any human being could take God's creatures/Man's Best Friend and hurt them to that capacity isn't human in my book...pure evil!!!

Like stealing pet dogs,taping there mouth shut and let there Dog rip Her to pieces for training,toss them aside till they bury the evidences and sometimes there still alive. Humans will eat about any animal for food,it's called survival but not forced to fight and kill for Human enjoyment. I understand R.M is a Star and He served His time so forget about it ,Right? The interview reveals that he was running this fighting ring with his "childhood friends." Friends? This makes me think that this behavior was something they were all engaging in at an early stage of life. And where the hell was parental supervision of Vick when he was young? I always screened my daughters' friends and anyone who seemed of bad moral character was banned from their social lives until age 18-the elder is now 20 and she GETS what it means to lay down with dogs and get up with fleas. I think this demonstrates the concept that "you are defined by the company you keep." I think you are right. I think there are other things he has done, things we do not know about, that warrant further investigation.

I do NOT believe this man regretted anything but being caught. He’s defensive about having to defend himself. He literally said, “I don’t know how many times I have to say it…”. He lied several times about what he’d done. He blamed it on several other people, including family members. He funneled money to family members before the charges came through so he’d have cash to fall back on after spending the time in prison. He got off on a light sentence AND got to go back to the NFL. People then continued to support him. I have no pity for this guy. Talking about how there was a culture of this. He knew right from wrong which is why he hid it. He had a large property and a large fence around it, he traveled outside state line with the dogs, dogs with teeth removed so they could over bred, brutally murdered by his own hands. There are no excuses for his behavior. He should have a life ban from owning any animal ever again, as well as all the co defendants. His behavior is disgusting and shameful. The narrative that the media still portrays to this day is that the dogs were “put down” not tortured and brutally killed. It was all so he could get back into the NFL. His and the codefendants got such short sentences considering the devastation the left in their wake and blame culture and lack of knowledge and awareness. It’s completely ridiculous. Who doesn’t know that treating anything alive that horrifically is just wrong, not exciting and fun and something you should celebrate and laugh and gamble on? I don’t believe a word that came out of his mouth.
@tlw6896 Жыл бұрын
Michael Vic should be tortured the same way the dogs were tortured. He is a cold hearted sociopath that only cares about his money, career, and status. He would have kept this going if he never was caught. He is a dark person to put animals through that level of stress and torture, then partake in brutally killing them. By letting him play in the NFL and giving him a light sentence shows that America has a higher value in watching people throw a ball back and forth than the welfare of innocent animals.
