For me this wonderful painting and it's detail reminded me of the southern approach to Pen-y-Ghent with Plover hill in the background and Fountain Fell to the right. There's a long board walk over the boggy stuff ! - A nice little atmospheric picture - well done Michael.

Mr Smith,.. I'm not an artist myself. I've tried painting a few times, I enjoyed it just wasn't very good I'm much better at playing guitar.. however as most people did that are interested at all in art I watched a lot of Bob Ross.. well his technique is quick and easy for beginners to intermediate painters to learn. I would love to see you take one of his classic paintings as finish and bring it into hyperrealism!! If that's not something you would feel comfortable doing I understand.. however I think it would do justice to his legacy to have such a masterful painter do him a tribute!!!
