Today was one of the darkest days. My thoughts and emotions were all over the place and I felt depressed, guilty, unworthy and a lot of those heavy emotions all at once. I asked God to help me understand my situation so that I can get out of it. At night when I was about to go to sleep all depressed again, I just opened KZbin to pass time and this video came along. I just want to thank God and you Michael for shifting my consciousness by that 1% you talked about in this video. I understand that me watching this video is a miracle and I am grateful to your teachings.

Since following your teachings Michael it’s amazing the calmness and peacefulness I feel inside in any given situation throughout the day. For the most part I create a pretty calm atmosphere around me wherever I am but as you said, things happen but I can tell a huge difference how I feel inside since following your teachings than before. It is kindness and responsibility as a teacher and community member to be present and hold space for each other walking through dark times. I, personally, have felt very abandoned by spiritual teachers after a huge awakening. At the time, I felt I was going backwards, not forwards. Adjusting to the new and quite raw Self, can be very trying and deeply lonely. I am reminded, in the small contribution I make as a teacher, to take great care with those who come to sit in circle with me. It is humbling.

Lol…got your special yoga outfit 😂👏🏻 The “I’m melting” example is so helpful! I’m glad you discussed triggers, those can be overwhelming. I’m so glad you described the stages, I’ve been through stages throughout my life at various times, but this round the emptiness and disorientation are toughest. I can relate to “not being able to lift a pencil” and don’t even know how to explain it but you did. 🙏🏼 I’m so grateful for your guidance during this time.

I'm new here Hello everyone. Alot of what you say makes perfect sense to me. I've always felt so outta place my whole life and I still do. I have obviously done a number in my past life because I'm really catching it in this life time. I'm so over it though. I am strong because I dont have a option not going to go into everything on here rn. But it's definitely been Non stop for me. I don't feel like I will ever catch a break. I can't anymore. I been praying for anything to let up. I don't know who I am anymore or how or what to do to fix it since I'm finally aware spiritually. I don't know anymore I just want so much to feel a little relief. I don't know if I'm doing my work I'm literally lost. Completely lost

February 14th my girlfriend and I both are cars were down kid stuck at daycare , I seen it as god telling me to slow down to set down . The next day I felt sick today I’m sick ha needless to say thru it all I’ll say I feel sick or things seem to be going out of wack but that’s how we know god is moving is my life . I didnt recieve what I thought. He doesnt love me. I told him of my ever lasting love and said "its OK". Guess he was expecting a flood of tears. I just explained that I will forever love him even if this wouldnt last as my heart wanted. At this moment, as I began to cry, I felt a someone or voice that said "this will be as it should you will be alright". Just like a wave of thoughts. Sadness, but hope. YOU, I WILL BE OK. could not make this move without your insite. Prayers for I am still in engaged with conflict. Trusting.

I had the feel-good feelings and felt that it would always be with me bc I worked so hard for it. I’ve been humbled by that those feelings turned to such an unconnected and hallow feeling. I have more work to do. I need to learn how to keep my authentic self while at the same time feeling empty and unconnected. But I do wonder how do people like Tolle wake up one day into bliss? I think it’s stories like this that left me with the feeling that if I did hard work to burn my ego, that I would be in a better state. And then I feel like for some reason I’m being punished bc I’m not good enough…..and there’s the ego again 😜

Yes . . . there is the ego again. As for some popular authors claiming to have become awake, keep in mind that there are far more incidents of awakening found within the 12-step groups and in the gutters of 3rd world countries. Who's who is just an illusion. Anyone can wake up at any time. We can't predict it nor beg for it from God. It's best to just be the best person you can be right where you are and be at peace with it as best you can. That is truly enlightening. ~MM

Ok, i am having a hard time about heaven and hell. First i believe then i start to question everything. Now i think you are a amazing teacher and have enjoyrd everything i have listen to. My biggest problem is that i really do believe everything that someone tells me . I mean i REALLY believe every word that is spoken. Gulliable oh yes with out a doubt . Even at 66 i still believe until you prove to be a liar. I have been burnrd many times , but who hasn't . I really just want to believe. Never saud i am a victim but yes a little boohoo once in a while for a few minutes but then i back into believing every one again. I really do not know if that is a good part of me. Wow i really wrote a lot , but just wanted you to know that i am believing in your speakings . Thank you and take care

Thank you Judy. The way I see it is that for a person to "believe" another person, they should first ask themselves if the person they believe can be trusted. In other words, I am thanking you for trusting me. And I am like you in that I tend to trust what people tell me because this is better than the alternative of tending to NOT trust people. However, we need not go overboard and trust others with our life, if they have not yet earned that trust. So it's nice to love and trust people. And yet, it's important to keep it in balance and trust only the trustworthy parts of them--which is sometimes figured out over time. ~MM

So you say we bring things upon us and god is all love , how can you then explain innocent children dying in Africa for no doing of theirs? I believe to see God as all source of love and man as source of evil is not logical. God only cares about evolution of consciousness and provides opportunities to grow and evolve , even if it means we are challenged in ways we don't expect and also something perceived painful that happens to us , everything that happens has a purpose and we co create our lives yet their are some experience s brought to us for us to grow even if it causes us death and pain on our path

I understand where you are coming from. It's a common belief for many. But stay open to the possibility that God is incapable of anything other than love, and remains open to us figuring that out, while we remain in the process of becoming that very same love. ~MM
