I can certainly attest to this. My dark night of the soul lasted 8 years until I finally surrendered. Everything shifted. Miracle after miracle. The old must go to make room for the new. Anyone who is struggling to let go...just do it...anything you give up is NOTHING compared to what God has for you. My shitty life for God's infinite abundance...no comparison🙏🥰✌

I have been on the Spiritual path for 25 years but it’s only since I started doing Ho’oponopono 18 months ago that I found tremendous inner peace. It’s amazing I love to weave it into my daily life. Recently I asked the Holy Spirit for a Spiritual tribe and I found your work. I feel part of your Unity although I live in Scotland. Your humour and straight forward approach really helps. Taking 100% responsibility for my life has set me free. Thank you Michael. ✌🏻🦋🙏

" Enough is Enough " Yes, this is what happened with my children. I was tired of being rejected by them. So they are no longer in my life. It's sad and hurts but I will no longer keep putting myself out there and keep being rejected. Such a waste of energy. Thank you for this talk. 🙏 This is the first time I truly understand the concept of forgiveness. I have been praying for the understanding of this for along time now. I've never understood the meaning of, Forgive yourself A bit more understanding now. 💕

I have to tell you that the stories with regard to your parents mistreating you emotionally is very upsetting. I realize you are over it…a thousand times over it but they were so wrong and immature to treat you that way. I think about how you must have felt as a child. 😢 Thank so much for this beautiful talk. So much to learn. ❤❤❤

Loved this. It’s funny because I had a dream last night and I awoke with strong awareness of new information (for the Astro-peeps here Uranus/NN/Mars is transiting my 12th house stellium lol), that (what you’ve said here) - we have responsibility for our part in those situations or people we need to forgive. Even if with one or more situations that responsibility comes more from our own reactions to “unforgivable” things and the years of stress our own resentment of “them” caused us, we can take responsibility for that karma (of our own charged thoughts about it) we unknowingly brought on ourselves before finding a greater understanding. Seeing that often we too are part of the noise and folly in these entanglements, but like your example, if we are the one being put upon, we can/must be the one to draw the line. This reframing both from my “dream”/download and your confirmation helped me get over that hump of good/bad (like - I’ll forgive that evildoer from my pulpit! Lol) and instead, seeing an entanglement as one whole entity to forgive, which often includes forgiving a past version of ourselves. I’ve had many dark nights of the soul in this life and appreciated this! 👏🏻

I was struggling this morning Within this constant battle being what I know to be an empath and to have gone through the hell Within the not knowing thyself but always searching for knowledge just recently went through a major transformation for now I understand what it is listening to your explanation has given me some clarity. You are touching every area of my belief of what I actually think and feel deep down in my soul was not sure if it was real or not I am on this journey of self-discovery two I'm covering my soul purpose is so challenging yet also the most amazing and rewarding when I do finally received the message that completes my lack of by giving me tools needed to go a step further I see now it's not as easy as enlightenment and everything is perfect the work still has to be done I totally misunderstood what they meant to forgive I have so much work to do and I and I'm very present right now I'm not sure if I'm making any sense at but I know that I have to do my best to reach out 4 guidance and this process I just wanted to thank you for being light for my path I really do appreciate this moment right now thank you

OR... the dark night is just an opportunity to question WHAT you really are. It only causes suffering when you think you have to have the pain to know the light. You are light. Combine this and quantum physics... and then your brain fires the perfect storm for your personal transformation. Pure potential. You can't do anything without God... or source, or the universe... etc. You ARE God. So is EVERYTHING you perceive. No exceptions.
@MichaelMirdadTeacher

Yes. The Dark Night IS partly about asking who and what we are. Or, more accurately, it's the process of discovering who and what we are. As for the rest of your post--about us BEING God and so forth . . . that's part of that pop new age material that's going around but no, it is not accurate to say/think/believe that God is simply the firing of certain brain cells or that we are always thinking and choosing from the Goad part of us. We actually have what is called FREE WILL, which means that there must be choices we can make, such as to think as God thinks or to think as our ego thinks. So, our ego is NOT God (although the egotistic part of us would like to think so), but their is a part of us that is God. And, some people do think that "EVERYTHING you perceive IS God," that's not true/accurate. If we hate someone (for example), it is not a God perception to hate . . . it is merely our ego self. ~MM

As you spoke of bridging being of the Holy Spirit, I thought, "well, I wonder about that weird thing I can do from time time, of knowing how to explain something to someone that they are enlightened and grateful for a greater understanding, yet it is something I do not understand myself" ... as well, I can often get two people to understand each other, when they could find no common ground before ... not I ... I say words, that I don't understand at times, that allow people to understand each other ... the feeling that happens when they connect, THAT feels amazing, to stand there and to be able to share in that ... togetherness ... ... but in the past, I always got uncomfortable and a little scared when they would start asking questions, well one really, HOW ... and when I paused, waiting for the answer the same way the other came, all I got, was a shrug ... which I interpreted to mean, "It is" ... ... only now, at 52, I begin to understand ... 'It is' ... I am ... we are ... God is ... intellectually those words mean slightly more than nothing ... yet my heart sing every time I write them, read them or say them ...

Im struggling to forgive my abusive childhood. I don’t trust my adoptive mother who I find so oblivious to my emotional world. I don’t even spend time with her anymore. My sis who I adore made some cruel cruel comments even I gave her my love and energy the best I could and I just got separated . I feel so left out. I live in another city by myself. I feel alone and don’t know where to start, I used to have so much energy. I mistrust friends and struggle to ask for help and been a people pleaser it’s contradictory. I’m confused and lost now. Scared

It's okay if you are struggling with that. That's to be expected. You are doing nothing wrong nor are you failing. It takes time. Or as I say, "Forgiveness is a process . . . not a one-time instant event"--although we sometimes DO feel dramatic and miraculous shifts. If you adore your sister, it might be worth it to try to salvage some things and turn the relationship around. So I suggest talking to her when you are both in a good mood/space. Tell her how much she means to you and the things you've most appreciated about her. Then shift the talk and explain what you think you heard her say and how much it confused and hurt you. Then tell her that you just want to know if the situation is hopeless or if she wants to mend things. But remember, don't do any of this unless you are unconditionally prepared for her answer either way. And if she says yes, woohoo! That would be great. But if she says no, at least you know where you stand and I would then suggest that you gently end the conversation, go to a private place and process the emotions, and prepare for a new life without such people. And if you are not doing so already, make sure you have a good female counselor that you can work with. ~MM

Michael, yes! It is exactly as bad...or an order of magnitude WORSE than you said. That is why I spell it "Dark [K]nights of the Soul" - thank's John of the Cross for giving a name to descending through the 9 levels of Dante's Inferno. I have to now ask of our Source: " "Where would you have me go?" "What would have me do?" "What would you have me say?" "And...to Whom?"

How do you forgive things that continue to happen over and over which are physically painful or dangerous? Even if you had a way to get away from the one giving the horrible action, how can I FORGIVE while I'm being attacked so often? How can I move forward to move forward? Do I just SAY.. "Hey! I forgive you no matter how much you hurt me.. or.. HEY! Thanks for the near death experience! I totally forgive you!" ... If I can't just walk away and leave everything or if I (any person) don't have a place to go or way to get there or whatever, HOW can I just keep forgiving? AT WHAT POINT does God step in to say.. ENOUGH!! STOP HURTING HER!! I can't even think about forgiveness when I'm pleading.. Can't even get "HELP" without tons of RED TAPE, being demeaned or forced out "for safety". FORGIVE THE WHOLE SYSTEM and and and and and and... just do the best you can to exist in it all and just keep forgiving everyone for everything, do your best to grow through it all and survive.. then, your miracle hero will come and take the bad monster away.. as you forgive him... I'm sorry I sound cruel... I have a personal relationship with Jesus that most NORMAL people would never believe anyway and even less belief if they hear me like the above statement. I'm SO WORN OUT TRYING TO GET HELP!! I'm tired, tired of crying, dying and all the lying.. FORGIVE WHAT I ask Jesus... Forgive it all... Let vengeance be mine... Yeah... THANKS, I feel better already.. Gee Lord, do I get to ... WATCH!!!!??? will it hurt him as much and as many times?? Will he scream and beg and plead for mercy Lord? Will he bleed? WILL HE BE BLACK AND BLUE!!??? too?? Pft.. I hope someone helps soon.. Jesus..and the LAW who isn't bothering to call or write.. pft. HEY! JESUS!! Could you PLEASE put an expediency through for me? THANK YOU I choose to live

Tough question to answer in a few sentences but forgiveness is NEVER about enabling hurtful behavior. And if the abuses are current in our life, it's wise for us to get some distance from the other person so that we have room to breathe, think, and forgive. Getting some space also allows us to see the patterns within ourselves that makes us open to having such people in our lives--past or present. ~MM

@@MichaelMirdadTeacher Thank you for answering. Yes ongoing but I have not one Soul in Body to turn to except legal and being taken to a strange place when all my healing plants and life saving things are here. Police keep saying for me to leave but I just can't! I'll go back down hill and can't afford the weight loss. I'm at 80 pounds, up from near dead at 54 pounds. I'm so SCARED and no family, friends, associates, neighbors... My COVERT Narcissist husband alienated every possible person immediately within the first year and everyone new after that. Anyway, JESUS is HERE and comforts me but it's not a Human, no real hug, nothing to feel except what's totally engulfed the entire house of horrors. I'm working on getting help.. Thank You💐🙋🏻‍♀️ Blessings to you Always Michael 🙏🙇‍♀️😇

All I can do is suggest that if you are going through the Dark Night, you should watch and read all the materials available on the topic. But also, make sure you have a support system--counselor, etc. And be sure to start and end each day with "communion with God." Also, be sure to read and watch plenty of inspiration material--Joel Osteen and such. --MM
