I am sure you have never been in Donbass, Ukraine and Russia. Both sides of this conflict have their own truth. Woody Harrelson's answer on a question concerning this conflict is brilliant. I am one of those who find war disgusting. In 2022 I was relieved that Putin showed restraint and did not escalate. In hindsight Russia should have made giving any weapons to Ukraine a red line. They should have escalated all the way at the beginning. Now we are close to that escalation anyways and many lives have been lost in the last 3 years
