Full Step by Step Engine Build Video - kzbin.info/www/bejne/i4TVhqCtjrKUqa8 Expense Breakdown Video - kzbin.info/www/bejne/inTadoKpasp1l9U Predator VS TRX250R - kzbin.info/www/bejne/nHPRhZJ5qZaorNU This is a 2007 Polaris Predator 500. A subscriber reached out to me telling me it had been sitting in his friends shed for 3 years and he’d take 500 bucks for it… GAME ON! Definitely an odd machine filled with strange parts and goofy mods (spoiler grab bar.) In the end, this quad was hella fun to rip and a great learning experience. My kfx450r motor is done and I built it with no manual, just ur vid, and all my parts in bags. I'm now dedicated to bringing them back one at a time even if I don't make money. 87 250x is up now. I remember when these first came out. Polaris sponsored Matt Smiley on the GNCC circuit to ride these. Their independent rear suspension was their unique option, no other high performance quads at the time had that option. This particular quad was in rough shape. I'm only about 15 minutes into the vid but very curious to see how this rescue goes. Btw, good choice on the Tusk products. I've been happy with every Tusk product I've ever bought

Love the videos and I feel bad because I only comment when I notice things but you can use way less loctite. I like to put just a drop in the thread of the nut vs on the stud to help spread it as you thread the nut on and it helps keep from making a mess inside the cases. I've torn things apart where people were too heavy with threadlocker and it's gotten behind the taper and into woodruff keys and it makes it wayyyy more difficult to disassemble
