You really should turn that into a twist throttle it's much easier to ride,It's a different ride than a Quad and it allows your thumb to keep hold of those bars!! You did a beautiful job,This was absolutely one of my favorite vehicles I've ever owned...I would leave it a little fat jetting wise with that Xtra boost port that motor is going to love it!!And when we raced we went down a couple of teeth on the rear sprocket it has no problem pulling a couple of lost teeth on that rear axle!!

I bleed three wheelers and I love when guys like you with such a following bring these amazing bikes to the forefront. I race a BVC 450r and sponsored by them to. I do have some suggestions and tips. The first one is the wider the back of the machine makes it more stable in turns and straights. Rear braking into a turn will straighten the bike up. If you take the front wheel down to a 10” it will open up to more tires. I run a Maxxis razor 23/10/7 for the Worcs series. The rear wheel 8”to 9” are better at finding tires. Again I love the content you created and keep up the fantastic work!

Great looking build! Quick tip on the NPT tap. There should be a hole in the back side of the tap with the flats. Put a chamfer tool in the drill press and press down on the tap with it. Drill press should not be on while doing this. Then turn the tap with a wrench while putting light pressure on the tap with the drill press. That will keep you centered and straight

I’m 51 now, been riding since I was 6 and also raced in my late teens/early twenties so am quite used to fast bikes. many years ago a friend offered me a Tri Z he traded it in for a car. Said the chap used to race it. Ok I will have a look, hahaha what was I thinking, the thing was an animal, barely touch the throttle and the front came up and it shot off like a scolded cat. I didn’t even open her up past half throttle. Went down the track, turned round came back and got off. It would have put me in hospital or killed me They are crazy Very nice build you have done.
