Tragic destiny for these two. They had everything to be happy. Success, money, happy marriage, two children. They lost two of their best friends in this industry, Daniel Balavoine and Coluche. Then Michel died in his early forties of a heart attack. Then their daughter died at 19 from cystic fibrosis. France had to fight a breast cancer and she died in 1998. Sad story but we still have the beautiful music of Michel.

That year, Michel Berger and France Gall, who were a couple, each released their hit. Michel Berger composed and wrote everything. And Elton John came to Nice every summer and he heard on the radio "the pianist's groupie" by Michel Berger and "Tout pour la musique" by France Gall, a song written by Michel Berger. He loved it and he asked to call Michel Berger on the phone but Michel Berger didn't believe it and he hung up so that Elton had to call back. He wanted to collaborate with them. This gave rise to the song “Donner pour donner”, I advise you to listen to it, it’s a duet with France Gall written by Michel Berger, words and music. Also released in 1980. kzbin.info/www/bejne/e5DOoHWaabtmepY

Hi there, Another good choice. I spent hours watchin’ your channel. AWESOME !!!! First of as a frenchman, let me tell you somethin, your French is much more better that you think. Honestly. The reason is I think I understand that your mom is French, but most of all it seems that you are really connected to French spirit across, humor, music and …. food. Am i wrong ? ;-) But, writing those words I realise that ordinary and simple people, as we are, share the same things all around the world. No matter what is your story, your origin. We are a great community. Music, humor, love, food, emotions, when these things are good or true they are just good and true. As I see that you love French slang (it makes you laugh all the times) I had one recommandation that can open you to an ENTIRE new world of good times : Good French Movies. Our best dialogue writer was without any doubt : Michel AUDIARD. As you know french slang use a lot of hillarious metaphore. A Classic french dialogue everyone knows in France : « quand on mettra les cons sur orbit tu n’auras pas fini de tourner » in English « When we will put idiots into orbit you are not done with rotation » So Just to say thanks for your amazing channel I was looking for a true christmas gift I could send to you. So I decide to share with you some videos of one of the best french comedy of all times. (No need to post them it’s really FOR YOU ) Title « Les tontons flingueurs » I think you can translate it by « uncles gunslinger » NOT SURE (flingue is slang word to a gun in french) Most famous scene of the kitchen (in three parts) with some of the best french actors kzbin.info/www/bejne/kHenZ6B4e7urm68si=FrXOTcKrO11zCi7_ kzbin.info/www/bejne/mXjIgGybodSio9Esi=vz4L_sfRCiw2nucW kzbin.info/www/bejne/fWO6mmeXl8mYrsksi=v5MbZ6vVMnIzW-SA And if you are curious here’s an introduction to Michel Audiard world 22 minutes (but with good english subtitles) kzbin.info/www/bejne/aou0eaiBrMqohK8si=xx4IuGlW4KxlcR0l Have a good Christmas

Les grands esprits se rencontrent. 😊 Le titre "Bahia" aussi est magnifique. Il y a une douceur incroyable dans sa voix, sur ce titre en particulier, que je ne l'avais jamais entendu exprimer auparavant.
