I have had swing coaches work with me on my trail elbow in the past and I can hear parts of their advice in your explanation, but they never put all the pieces together for me and I didn't really know what it all meant. Thanks to you, I now have a better understanding of where they were trying to get me to go! This video and your last have really cleared a lot of things up for me in this regard. Hi thanks to your video I was able to hit a couple of CB shots using the 123 punch method to give me a nice swing flow hit my 3 wood 240 yards the 123 method is so good for timing I find that with a shorter back swing but a short punch shot using 123 helping with rotation I always find that trying to have a big rotation I always come down to steep but when I have a shorter swing with the 123 method the flow of the 123 you rotate more because of momentum hope that make sense momentum makes the swing longer

Do you really think about the RIGHT ELBOW when you swing a golf club? … I understand what you’re trying to say, but the downswing happens so fast, can you really think about the elbow? Is that the main thing I should think about when I’m swinging? What should be my swing thought? Left arm straight? Left hip clearing? Stack & tilt? Flat wrist? Head still? Stay down? No early extension? Ball first, ground second? Sorry, information overload! 😩
