Cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper etc. Cumin costs let's say $1 per oz. (Just a quick search and probably thets too high brand name) Garlic powder 3.4oz at Walmart for $1 Cayenne is 2.25oz for $3.30 1 tablespoon of each is like 0.03 oz. So if you're paying about $1/oz. It's about 3 cents per ingredient.

Fun fact! This recipe isn't at all what it is now back then. Aztecs as we know are a very brutal, warlike civilization that dominated modern day Mexico and subjugated many other Native Tribes of the area. However, did you know that they not only routinely sacrificed people to the sun gods, but that they also ATE PEOPLE? Yes, the original meat of Pozole was PEOPLE. They would only really do this to prisoners, no one else. Spain naturally found out about this and once they took over Mexico for a time, they completely outlawed it. The recipe however continued on and evolved to instead use either pork or lamb to more closely resemble human meat.
