I'm not sure, maybe 13 or 15mm, it's really narrow, it rode really well for how cheap I got it

you installed the tire incorrectly. the opposite is needed. direction of rotation

Direction of rotation doesn't matter when I flip the wheel of a track/single speed bike to get a different ratio
