Impressive how much automation is in this tire factory. It must be close to unbearably loud in there. I have a question. How long does the final molding operation take ? I used to work in a rubber molding factory where we made rubber milking inflations and we had a cycle time of 4 to 8 minutes to cure out the molded parts. With that long of curing time, we had to have many duplicates of the same tool to achieve any volume in production. I imagine that this is similar. From that one view it looked like an almost endless row of molding presses. Really slick how those robots brought the carcass belting just in time for the press to open and cycle.

what is sence of this "flower" in the middle of video?

You mean the foam one at 4:21? That's noise canceling foam that is put inside the tyres for them to be quieter.

@@CerberusTenshi yeah, but how it can do something if after all pcocedure of production its go to oven and vulcanized in high themperature? this foam will be smashed and and melted. Its not save his structure
@CerberusTenshiАй бұрын
@@NikitaNikitaNikita It's put into the tyre after vulcanization. It's no problem. There is no difference in tyre performance or anything, only the noise from the tyre that gets into the cabin is quieter. It's been around for years and safety has been tested thoroughly at this point
