Wow.... very elegant, looks like it might be tasty. But I'm afraid my family would be stopping somewhere on the way home to pick up something to eat! I'm sure that meal was very expensive, it's beyond me why someone would pay so much for so little in the way of edible food.

Amazing operations but I wonder, How do they keep in business with that much staff and maintenance expenses and a limited amount of customers? Compared to the other restaurants i've watched videos of, the other restaurants have an overflow of customers compared to this restaurant. Michelin Star or no, restaurants survive with customers.
