La main non la tête le concept les goûts harmonie s'entremêlent les textures taste concept thecnique est conçu par le cerveau pas les mains qui sont le dernier maillont de la chaîne c bizarre qu'il parle toujours du geste pour des choses simple comme des herbes coupé s au ciseau à l'arrache pas régulier et dire j'ai la main me paraît faux

It was OK until he said "when you're scared, don't do anything" ... it's so arrogant like a lot of chefs and completely wrong. He is finally not different from the others. So all the people who are afraid of anything have to stay at home? He is scared about nothing? So he is not human, he is like a God. When you are affraid, you have to fight and overcome that fear Mr. Passard.
