Ahh, Max living his happiest best life. 💖 I kind of wondered about how "the rug" would fit in when you first showed it but when I saw it with the boucle bench, I thought it fit perfectly. Very fun! I FINALLY realized what it is about your apartment that is so appealing to me. What is so appealing is that it shows your unique sense of style and way of living. It is so different from all the other cookie-cutter homes of so many online influencers. Your place is truly you. Don't get me wrong, I like those styles as well, but lately, it seems like if you've seen one of them, you've pretty much seen all of them. Your style is all you. You don't even shop at the same places as they all do, but I think if you did it, you would still find a way to make it unique to you. My fan is tied into the light switch, but i can remove the bulb, remove the aluminum reflector and unplug the fan. Crazy it wasn't 2 switches, considering how expensive it is to heat this home in the winter! Just be careful on a ladder and don't lose the little nut to hold the reflector up.

The noice from the fan in the bathroom is actually a bathroom odor extractor. It turns automatically when the light turns on. You cant deactivate it unless you put loose the cables from the other ones....is a electricity thing. Is good to have it cuz it helps with odors and all u know.

It helps me look/talk to my company when doing dishes or preparing food. Also, I can watch my television, lol. But your pic looks lovely there as is.

Beautiful apartment! Just make sure the puck lights don’t fall into your bath tub as you’re taking a bath, I’m paranoid but that was the only part of the home tour that made me uncomfortable. It’s a huge apartment but still cozy with your furnishings!

I love your place! For your art in the kitchen, you should use command strips. They don’t mess up the wall but are super easy to use instead of nails.
