Hey girl! I thought I would share a helpful tip on the buttermilk, if you’re in need of buttermilk and only have whole milk just add some white vinegar to your whole milk and that will work just fine as a substitution! My grandma and I used to make biscuits all the time and that’s what she taught me 😊

1 cup of Reg milk add a tb of vinegar or 1tb lemon juice to it let it set to the side and it for about 5min and it will separate and you will see the mixture slightly appear to currdle

Hi Michel! You can make buttermilk by mixing milk and egg :) I never buy buttermilk anymore because this is so easy. You just look up the amounts for how much you need for that recipe and there is no waste!

Great vlog! I have to say though- It’s recommended NOT to put ear pods in rice like you would a phone. The rice can get stuck in the holes and cause more damage. It rarely absorbs the moisture. I got this info a while ago while at the Apple Store. They recommend putting those small Desiccant/silica packets with the AirPods in a ziplock zipped up for a while.

It really sucks that You Tube makes you feel like everything has to be sponsored, which they essentially force you to do if you want to be viable and viable. Truly understand the dilemma. Nice that you have an occasional less structured day. But literally, you could hum your favorite tunes and we would watch. The farmers market bag was a great idea. Love the biscuits and gravy --- so naughty, but Yummy. There is a buttermilk powder which is dried buttermilk which can be used instead of fresh buttermilk and can be added to water or milk for a richer more buttery flavor. Adding vinegar allows the acid to react with the baking powder for leavening, but can add an acidic flavor and lacks the creaminess and buttery flavor. I keep buttermilk powder on hand for ranch dressings and biscuits as I rarely have it on hand. ❤Most are also gluten free.
