Very emotional song i vividly remember poirot said this " I have seen the fracture of the human soul. So many broken lives, so much pain and anger giving way to the poison of deep grief, until one crime became many. I have always wanted to believe that man is rational and civilized. My very existence depends upon this hope, upon order and method and the little grey cells... but now perhaps I am asked... to listen instead... to my heart"

I literally cried when she said she died with Daisy.. like, I know how it feels like. To feel like you no longer feel alive from losing too much of the ones you love. She lost her son, her daughter in law, her beloved granddaughter.. I totally understand it. Damn, it's just a movie, but the execution is so good, and Poirot, dang Poirot! Man's good.

This wonderful song has a story with it that I will never forget no matter how long I live. I had done something bad and I was going to prison. And the day I had to go to give my statement, this song was the last thing I heard for an hour before going, but what killed me more When I went to the police headquarters, my mom had entered my room and opened my computer, and this song was still on KZbin. She played it and kept listening while crying. Fortunately for me, the commissioner did not investigate me much and miraculously let me leave there and there I swore I would do it again. This song will remain in my memory and my mother’s heart. I love you Mom Jamila.

Favorite part of the movie is when he unmasks them and it shows how they did it. It makes me sad everytime.

It is perplexing how some times the tiny and almost undetectable nuances in performing music would make all the difference between the exceptionally sublime and average.. The way she delivered the word HOME in the beginning of the song steeped me in the rest of it.. Soul stirring!!

What an incredibly sweet and great song and I was happily surprised that this marvelous song performed by legendary Michelle. One of the author ot this song is Mr. Brannagh. Great.

Unlike any other star, Michelle Pfeiffer has this undefinable quality about her that makes her so very special. She's always had that - from Scarface until today.

It´s a really beautiful song and I get tears in my eyes everytime i hear it. Not sure if it´s because i´m a father, and can really feel the pain the characters must feel. But that what makes it a great film.

chasendash Green Oh dear. "Old" softy? Lol! I'm the same age as Branagh and Pfeiffer. I'm still startled when someone considers me a senior citizen, but there it is. Glad to see them still so vibrant and relevant in their careers. It gives me hope. :)

The death of Daisy ruined the lives of about a dozen people, it's very tragic, this story revealed that justice doesn't always work for every scenario, they miss her, and they miss their loved ones, but obviously this song has to focus primarily on poor Daisy, such an emotional song, and impactful movie

I couldn't imagine what it's like to lose your own child. I've lost people before, but I'd say that you cannot compare losing your grandfather to losing your own child. Agatha Christie was a master of empathy, and Murder On The Orient Express enlightened me to my greatest fear: Losing my child. My heart goes out to anyone who must suffer through the pain of losing their own baby, their precious little girl or boy.
