@@stevenprice6957 no police ever threatened to deport him. Fotis told pawel not to talk to the police because" they would lie and deport him". @stevenprice6957
@stevenprice6957 7 ай бұрын
@@sarahtomaszewski1804 Did you watch the trial,? He said not in those exact words but if anyone has any common sense or is logical at all would know what 2 plus 2 equals. They threatened him and if you are to believe him for other statements then I’m sure you cannot pick and chose. He is either honest or he isn’t. He definitely wasn’t honest with police in early stages so he did lie. He was told about his green card. What do you think that means ? It means he was corrupted and as a main witness, I find this astonishing. Back to the real nuts and bolts here. What evidence do they have she was involved in her death or disappearance? Answer is none. The evidence they have is of her cleaning with paper towels and that is a house that was up for sale. They also have evidence of her putting chewing gum on a sidewalk. Wow that is it. Like I’ve said before, they have more evidence against the guy on the stand than her. He removed seats didn’t he? She removes chewing gum from her mouth and this is evidence 😂 seriously that is a joke. The whole case is a joke. The person who did this is dead. Charges were dropped after his death. They find the next best thing. A dumb girlfriend that hardly speaks English and comes across as not the smartest cookie in the jar. Again, who says i am going to kill a persons after they are dead ? That is the last thing anyone would say. After the fact that eventually will try and pin her on as they have nothing else and definitely not that she is involved of the actual murder. Did he dink her on the bike ? People can only guess whether she knew or not. That is not evidence. She must have known. People say. Well what if she didn’t. If you are believing the worker on the stand, he personally didn’t believe he killed her or even that she could be dead. What makes her any different to him. He was a snake and Fox. People get stooged by masters of manipulation. He had everyone fooled. Innocent until proven guilty for Michelle. It isn’t proven at all and it shouldn’t be on trial is my thoughts. It is a public political case. Keep the public happy anyway you can. I’m sure you understand what many prosecutors and police politicians are really like don’t you.

He says he had suspicions but just could not believe Fotis would do such a thing. He could not believe Fotis was such a man. He thought Fotis was a good guy & a good boss. So he swept his suspicions away. I think he also felt Fotis would make it difficult for him & be angry with him if he did not change the car seats in Tacoma even though he really did not want to change seats. He went to junkyards but did not get the seats even though they had them. He also wanted to keep his job. I think he felt a bit afraid of Fotis. He was not forthcoming with police about changing seats due to how Fotis would react. Fotis was using Pawal to frame him for murder. He was controlling him I feel. Fotis was purely out for himself & wanted Pawal to be the fall guy.

The defense's strategy is to paint Pawel as FD's co-conspirator. He was trying all day to impeach him and catch him up in lies and it backfired because Pawel is being truthful. The guy has a receipt from a gas station which confirms he was not even in the area while his red ruck was being driven around during the murder. All they need is one idiot on the jury to buy this BS theory. Not sure so far that prosecution has proven Traconis conspired to commit the murder but she lied in all 3 interviews. You can tell he didn’t feel good about the things he was doing (moving cars, replacing seats) but he wasn’t ready to go tattling. It's insane! I have never heard of starting a trial day at 10:00 am! Then the lawyers bring up all their issues before they bring out the jury. Then they quit at 4 pm and half days on Friday. At this rate, we'll be here for all of 2024. I don't know why courts, chronically backlogged, don't have trials at night and on weekends. The jurors can't have endless hours but different cases could be held at night. There's juries that would absolutely sit on a case at night, like shift workers. They're left out of jury pools because of their hours.

Fotis was trying to get Pawel to take the company car home for the weekend and by having Michelle take off with he key, he thought he could get Pawel to just take the other car home. But Pawel pushed for his car keys.

Cindy I agree with you - Michelle does not look like the brightest light on the post and I think she just went along with the killer and was not that involved in his life. He seems to only use her and not truly in love with her and she has a daughter that she seems to care for so I don't see her throwing all that to the wind just to cover up for him. It happened fast, the killer set it all up on his own, pretty well with his friend the lawyer as he was enticing his girl friend to try and get them back together but they were on to them and she bluntly refused. Now we know why he had to kill himself. I don't even think he told Michelle he would kill himself. He just got up on that day, knew he had no way out and did it. This man is pure corruption.

This case isn’t about whether you like it he defence attorney or he gets on your nerves. It isn’t about whether you like the defendant and she looks mighty suss. It is all about evidence and right now there is zero proof of her wrong doing at all. So cutting bias aside as we all should to judge something honestly, I cannot find this a proven case at all against her. Unless something comes up to show me otherwise, I cannot convict anyone ons hunch or guess work.

@@StephSilva-qw1lm No. that is a wrong Justice system isn’t it. If I jury need’s connection then they shouldn’t be allowed to do such an important job. It should be solely on evidence and proof. Not how much I like a prosecutor or how much I like a defendant or whatever. Bias should be taken out. Connection out. Facts proof evidence. That is what matters. Unfortunately it isn’t the case in most trials is it.

Analysts state all the time one must connect with jury regardless of who it is- witness, defense or prosecutor. If the defense is a windbag jurors might tune him out. Yes it might be wrong but it’s human nature.
@stevenprice6957
@stevenprice6957 7 ай бұрын
@@StephSilva-qw1lm you make it sound like a football match or winter Olympic event on the floor. I know how humans work and I get what you are saying. I agree it’s human nature. It is why humans believe in ridiculous things at times and can also be like sheep at times. I believe that 3 judges should be the be all and end all. Of course there’s no perfect system but the average jury is like your average colleague at work. There isn’t always a lot of common sense floating around. I have seen many innocent people get put away because their defence is inadequate compared to the millions of dollar funded state. It is regularly an uneven contest from the start if you want to call it that. So should you and I go for the glitz and smoothness of a prosecution team that has everything at its disposal or for the not so flash annoying whining cheap defence attorney or should you and I put the glitz or whine aside and stick hard and fast to the evidence. Aren’t we here to do the just thing and not be swayed by a handsome charismatic or a beautiful connector of a lady no matter which side they fall on. We should judge the truth. For me, the truth cannot always be gained so that is why it is beyond a reasonable doubt. I have serious doubts in this case that she knew anything at all. He was a smart fox and they play your average gullible person on a string. So therefor I cannot be totally sure she knew anything. I am certainly not convicting her of Anything to do with the murder. That is as far fetched as it gets. That is there to get what they insist on she goes down for. That is after the fact. Only she really knows and I’m not sure she did and doubts she did.

The defense attorney's strategy is to try and make the jury believe that this employee Pawel was the person conspiring with Fotis to murder Jennifer. They want the jurors to believe it was him and not MT that was involved in the murder. Fotis Dulos even shaved his head and dressed like this employee the day of the murder to throw people off. He made himself look like Pawel and used the red truck to transport Jennifer's dead body. It seems like he and Michelle were framing this employee. Meanwhile Pawel was not in the area. He had the company truck and has a receipt for gas he purchased elsewhere. The defense attorney spent the entire day trying to rattle this witness trying to catch him in lies but it backfired because he's not involved.

1:54:40 M. Troconis: "That moto used to be mine and I sold it to him [Pawel Gumienny]." Deshonesta. Qué vergüenza.
