I believe both women are being so honest and open especially Jessie J: as she describes her life issues that’s real emotion, can’t be faked or used as an excuse. Sometimes you do turn up for work on autopilot, don’t wanna be there let’s do this and get on with the show! You may forget what’s going on around you as inside you’re hurting and just about coping to be present. This is what's called a backhanded compliment & it's also passive aggressive. Your negative criticism is based on reputation/hearsay/rumours, not facts or personal experience. She had valid reasons, in the video, & sometimes people expect too much & are unintentionally selfish, with unrealistically high expectations, without realising it or knowing what someone is going through.
