Hey team, I know a lot of times you hit play on a walking workout that says 5,000 steps and you only get around 3,000 or less. Well not this one! I promise to deliver 5,000 steps and possibly more! Comment below your step count🚶‍♀

You r the best!!!!! I was in a very bad shape not in shape at all hardly doing any activity and suffering with my back. I started doing your training and i love it !!!! My back got stronger im more vital today, exercing 5 times a week with your videos! Thankkkkk youuuu❤

Loved doing this in a cool basement after a short dog walk in the heat. I got well over 5,000....more like 6,000 steps and the time just flew by. Thank You!!

*this workout definitely was a feel good one and i loved the groovy aspect of it! 440 active calories, 533 total calories and burning. 2.30 miles for me and my body! great sunday workout!*

I'm recovering from a hip strain had to modify alot of the moves but still got 4,811 steps! Can't wait to this one again when I'm healed up!Theresa here from Washington State!

Did this one today after a 5 hour road trip. Got home to 90 degrees which is too hot to walk my dogs… so I did this workout with 1 lb lace-ups. Great way to get in the steps on a hot day!!

This was perfect just what I needed for a Sunday. I loved how he just kept the music flowing was able to keep us going and motivated throughout this time. Another great workout.
