It's been a long time since I exercised, it was years! and I found your channel, because I started with short excercises videos, and I have to say that your videos convinced me! I am 48 years old, I have multiple musculoskeletal conditions, and that has not stopped me! I've never done one of your workouts, I always thought they're tough and intimidating from previewing but I loved the music and the slower/moderate pace from briefing previewing it and decided to do it. It was so awesome, challenging, yet fun, loved the moves, was sweating profusely 😊
