I got diagnosed with PCOS and have really bad cramps too. I found your channel because of the PCOS and hormonal acne videos. My hormonal acne has mostly gone away but I still have irregular periods thanks to hormonal imbalance ugh I know the struggle

Hi Michelle, my advice is do not drink coffee while on your period and don't eat spicy food, try to eat light food and black tea, it helps your period cramps
