#2 Pull your arms and legs into your centre line 🙆
#3 Spot your head 👤
The tighter and more straight up and down you spin to your centre axis, the easier, more efficient and faster you’ll spin!
🏆 Take some time to clean up your spins by practicing them WITHOUT your staff!

I hope this makes you laugh... my daughter follows you , confession , l try a lot of your sessions for exercise. She called me into the garage to see her progress , the bostick went a little off the routine and caught me in the forehead , was a bleeder , my daughter drove me to the ER after 3 stitches , the nurse came out and told her that she did a great job driving me to the hospital , ( only on a lerners permit) .... and maybe a handyman should come and look at the kitchen cabinets since it was a rough cut from opening a cabinet too fast. As I recall it was about a year ago+ she moved to her current space, and I think it might be safe to say that it probably played a part in the decision making.
