I’m enjoying the tutorials. I’ve been training with bo staff for several months as preparation for 3rd degree belt test in TKD this December. Your videos are very helpful in understanding transitions as I prepare a routine. I’ll send a video when pulled together. I like the idea of using a shorter staff.

Do you ever use a 6 foot bo staff? Does it use the same tricks as the staff in this video? Or different moves?

Will u recommend us any workout for that

Ugggh I hate this trick. It looks so unimpressive for how friggin hard it is. I'll keep working on it though. Thanks for the tutorial.

thank you for sharing. I much appreciate your tips as i do this for rehabilitative work..so I like how u break it down. my only constructive feedback would be to request that to you record louder audio. as i listen on my mobile device on headphones... if I'm in public the noise your voice gets drowned out :(

Generally the staff will be more longer than your using I guess ....? Any suggestions ....?
@michelle-c-smith6 жыл бұрын
A staff can be any length. Depends on the purpose in which you use it. This one is 4ft.
