I literally didn't realize this was hypnosis. I thought it was guided meditation and clearly it says "hypnosis". I noticed I felt super light-headed as if I as...Well. ..high, but a good high. Lije, nothing bothered me. I started reading a self-hypnosis book and realized, "wait! That's what Michelle was doing! Hypnosis". I was super excited. I listen to you on the bus and realize I'm asleep and awake at the same time. Conscious and feel relax when I "return". Thank you, thank you, Thank you!

i have to say i love your channel. This meditation has done wonders. I am a veteran of sleep hypnosis and sometimes have trouble finding one that makes an impact. ihave been feeling especially blocked as of late so i jumped on the notification for this upload. The next morning i felt lighter... emotionally my husband and i were able to have a breakthrough on a tough spot we were in for a while and i believe its thanks to this recording. So i am thanking you from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate the work you do. please continue i am always listening...

@@MichellesSanctuary , when I was waking up at 1 & 3 AM, I had some unusual medical issues (long story short)-since resolved-and my sleep is much better now. I”m gradually getting back into progressively more strenuous exercise as I’m recuperating and things are looking up. Thank you VERY much for making these recordings and greetings from an American expatriate in Taipei, Taiwan!

KZbin is ruining this. Ads every 5 minutes. I even downloaded an app they advertised just in hopes to stop the ads. It was beautiful I just can’t do it with the multiple interruptions

I love your relaxing videos I w 4 10hr shifts 8pm-7am or later for a grocery store it can be stressful sometimes but your videos help me relax and go to sleep. The only negative thing is sometimes I have weird nightmares or I get so relaxed that I have to urinate a lot more than usual

I have found I remember more dreams if I listen to a meditation before sleep. But I also find it so helpful when I book night shoots and need to unwind!
