Why is angle Fi = 0? Isn't each current 120 degrees out of phase?

Relative to each other yes. You can arbitrarily set one of the angles to zero and then express the other phase angle in reference to it.

I think that u are making a little mistake or i am lost : the power equation for 3 phase system is not the line power but the total power for the system . if u calculate for a single line only then the phase equation for power should be divided by squared root of 3 . the final reselt will be 2/3 .instead of 1/2
