Sorry, but I just really dislike the instrumentation of osu. In the Michigan pregame, the piccolo section was rocking. In this, they are unheard and overpowered by a horn and sax section (that doesn't sound great in parts.) Every time I listen to osu, it just sounds brassy. Maybe one day they will actually shoot for sound and musicality instead of just loud.

Well, the OSU marching band is rather famously an all brass band, so that would explain the brassiness.

Osu's marching band is all brass so yeah there is only one woodwind section here

I can assure you they don’t just shoot for being loud. Being all brass will do that especially with the over proportioned amount of trumpets
