Max is excellent! He is a great leader and football player who sets the tone for less experienced players. I've watched him at the Big House over the past several years and tv coverage doesn't convey how tough he is and how hard he plays. I think the coaches and GM are doing a great job in the portal and in retaining key players. And on basketball what a job Coach May and staff are doing. Players are going hard and hustling and starting to put teams away instead of letting them hang around! Go Blue!

I think the reason our bball team has a high turnover stat is because they play a high tempo offense all game long, until the lead is enoug. It results in more turnovers with the attachment of the potential to make more points quicker to negate the turnovers. Still something to clean up though

@@CharkG73 I agree with that, but some of the turnovers are just lazy and bad passes. There’s no doubt they can overcome the turnovers with the offense they run and the talent they have, but if they can clean them up this team will be very dangerous in March. Going to be hard to beat them

@ That rebuttal was remedial. We didn’t get three receivers because if you know more about Michigan University not just the football team. You can do four years at another college and only possibly receive 60 credits. So does one risk not graduating any college and not getting drafted. Then pay money to attend the university that you might not graduate from. It’s because we have a standard. I am well aware defending champs. That’s not the point I am making the point is dudes are not risking it. Evident from Bell, Yale guy and now the Clemson dude.

Bredeson had his best games against OSU & Bama. These two claim to be physical, then you see Max Pounding on the defenders. It’s obvious that these two teams are built to defend speed but not power. In the coldest weather, no defender wants a Bredeson like FB slamming into them.

Bredeson is one of those guys that prove star rankings aren't everything. Dude LOVES doing the dirty work to make the offense hum. Great news he's coming back. It's surprising to me how often we lose recruits and transfers to Kentucky. UK is an average university academically and mediocre at best team that rarely sends anybody to the NFL. Why would any player pass up the chance to be a champion at U-M to go 6-6 at Hillbilly U?

Edwards looks like the real deal, but lots of competition- Greene has been injured, more years than on the field, which does not bode well… Also hope we can get Thaddeus to AA and lock him down, along with Haywood and Mathis by month end. Go Blue!
