5:10 That feeling when they run right at you is crazy! I love that moment when your heart skips a beat and you just gotta haul ass on the reel as hard as you can to catch back up to em. I've only caught 2 Steelies out here in BC, but Cohos and Chinooks do it all the time as well. 6:20 Thats a tough loss right there, it's hard learning how to corral them into the net for first timers for sure. The fish probably had a bit too much energy left judging big how much it was doggin', but I always think that trying to get them to the net early and not tiring them out to exhaustion is the better move when you're not keeping them. Oof, another tough loss on the 3rd fish!. Congrats on the 'Skipper' haha. It's cool hearing the local slang for the little guys. They may not pull as hard as the heavy ones, but man, a lot of the smaller ones have more explosive energy when it comes to any kind of Salmonids. Killer video! Thanks for the upload dude.
