Mick Extance Experience - 11/07/24 - Part 1, Morning warmup

Another wet but wonderful day at the Mick Extance Experience in Wales.
This is the morning session which mainly consisted of getting used to the bikes and allowing the team to assess each rider's ability. The group is divided throughout the day so that everyone gets to ride at a level which is a personal challenge, but doesn't stretch anyone too far beyond their limit.
A big thank you to Mick who is an absolute Gentleman, and the rest of the team who are so friendly and enthusiastic, with the patience of Saints! Thank you, and we will be booking another trip very soon. :)
