This is very interesting. I feel like a potential crucial element to the backstory of Mankind using the mandible claw was overlooked. If Mick went into the Mankind character with the idea that he was a pianist who broke his own fingers, that explains the usage of the mandible claw right there. He was a disturbed individual who, for whatever reason, decided he no longer wanted to make beautiful music but instead wanted to hurt people because he hurt so bad. In his delusional mind, he could hurt someone the most by using the part of his body where was most gifted, where the most talent (or magic) resides…his fingers. Knowing this, he broke his own fingers (and more than that, he destroyed his mandible claw fingers so horribly, to the point where he had no feeling in them anymore) for the sole purpose of being able to shove them down someone’s throat and NOT be affected by a bite. It would be like biting a wad of leather. That sounds like something the mankind character would do, damage parts of himself to get an edge on being able to inflict more damage on his opponent.

McMahon wasn't big on him but its crazy to think his first year in the WWF HBK is the champ but Mankind was the unsung hero putting on those matches with the Undertaker and helping him evolve his character and his short fued with HBK he might have been the MVP of 1996.

Can you imagine being this smart, and willing to hurt yourself over and over again for cheering fans? When he fell through the cage, that was fucking unbelievable. He then got tacks in his back and a Stone Cold Stunner. Jesus Christ.

Mick Foley might be my favorite promo guy. His character work and story telling is second to nun. Alway love me some Cactus/ Mankind. That said I'm disappointed you have a tobacco product as a sponsor. That's not cool.

....why?
@sampleoffers19782 жыл бұрын
His objective seemed less creative, but rather indicting the public as stupid or violence craving...any character flaw he can pin on public....that could be about making himself feel better or he might have emerged as wrast'ls monopoly promotor huncho, due to that bigger money's priority...it's very bizarre, but obviously he didnt need Foley or anybody clips. It's childish to him, like the music industries handling of child pop groups...but the market share and abusing the demographics following the brand is semi entertaining to the honcho. Oh youre so normal? I'll drop Owen Hart from ceiling in diving headbutt and you'll STILL watch..that's his thrill. It's a revenge defining of the audience. When he went off on Costas that was probably the real him. Who the hell goes off on Costas? You gotta be the dregs of gangsters.

Foley is another wrestler who had long hair when he was cool. Now he has a big grey beard and an ordinary or bald hair like HHH and the 123 kid have now.

@TheBaitShopGuy2 жыл бұрын
@@Shtave3 it's up to each wrestler to make themselves look cool. Look at HHH, Foley, 123 when they made it big in wrestling in the 90s.. no grey beards and no shaved head/ short ordinary haircut. IMO they just threw in the towel imo especially with those thick grey beards aging themselves. A wuhl trimmer set is around $25 and just for men hair dye is 8 a bottle. So it's just neglect and laziness IMO.

They're all 50+ yr old grown men. Think they're past the point of looking cool and at the point of just taking care of themselves after 20-30 years of abuse to their bodies. You're talking about guys who have had over 100 surgeries combined including heart attacks.
