Absolutely loving the new song. It's obviously not as good as their classic work but it's incredible to see how they continue to deliver new music year after year. That being said, it's also a reminder that there's a need for a new generation of rock music to inject fresh energy into the genre. There's a band here in New Zealand called The Doublejumps ticking the boxes for me at the moment. I try to tell as many people about them as I can because rock has such a rich history, and it's crucial that young artists pick up the torch and push the boundaries some more.

As a non-biased listener (I don't know much of their music), I can say that "Angry" is quite similar to, and just as good as "Start Me Up". If I had a sentimental attachment to their older music, I might not dare to say such a thing, but I think my impression is realistic and relatively objective.

I love the Stones. I grew up with them, but not from the beginning. I started listening to them in the early 70's and from then for about a decade after. I went back often to the early albums. Some of their stuff was genius. Early tracks by the Stones are still very much appreciated today and I am only 61, so I don't go as far back as my older brother's generation.
