Man I can fucken relate to that. I'm dying of liver disease Hep-C geno type 1-A the absolute worst of all of them. It was given to me by a A.F.B. blood bank when I lost my leg in 82. I play bass off and on..I'm 63 would love to set down with ya just for 5 minites with one of my bass line's. Grove along see what we come up with..

If you just listen to audio only of this video, you would imagine a normal-looking guy who would fit the ‘down to earth family guy’ mold. But with the video, you’d geek out because it’s Mick freakin Mars, arguably one of the top five best guitarists ever! Neal Schon, Slash, Mick Mars, Vivian Campbell, Steve Clark, and Phil Collen in no particular order.

Mick is a wonderful person worthy of admiration. Very cool that you are so inspired by him and his music. Back in 1995 when he lived in CA, I saw him at the grocery store where I always do my shopping. I didn't want to bother him, but I couldn't help myself! Just had to go over and say hi. He was sooo kind, so sweet, and was thoughtful enough to spend a little time chatting with me. I adore him. Been a big fan 40+ years. 😊🤘🏻

Thank you Mick,,,I've been playing drums since I was 19,,Tommy Lee was a big influence and at age 50 in 2021 I was in a hospital for 4 months,,,needed open heart surgery and was on dialysis but I'm recovering now and back playing drums again,,,and as long as I can still play I'm gonna play

Mick Mars is top of my list for people I'd love to meet and speak with, in person. His riffs guided me through the formative years of my life. And helped me realize that *music* was all I needed to help me cope with anything bad in my existence. But he's a star and I'm no one. So, I'll chalk it up to my list of things that will never happen. My *Reverse Bucket List.* Motley wouldn't have made it if it wasn't for him.

I remember being a little kid, listening to the Crüe, learning to play guitar and thinking,... man, this dude Mick Mars is good, but damn, I think the Crüe is holding him back. Now, all this years later, I STILL think the same. Imagine if Mick Mars was given the freedom to play how he truly can play. Imagine how much better the Crüe would have been! Mick has always been a hero of mine. I can't tell you how many versions of Too Fast For Love I wore out on all media. I can't believe the rest of the band just shit on him the way they have yet kept Vince even though he can't take three steps with out getting winded where he cant sing a full measure let alone remember the words to his own songs most of the time. I grew up in Los Angeles and remember when kids in my Jr High started showing up with cassette tapes of Too Fast For Love. Way before it was on the radio. Some of the older kids were going out to Hollywood to see them at the Whiskey a Go Go. Then we watched it all grow into the monster it became. Keep Rockin' Mick!
