Tip: if you are the kind of person who really loves powdered sugar on your beignets Put then in a brown bag and shake them up

I make these all the time I use the “ Cafe Du Monde “ Beignet Mix . It’s sold at New Orleans Square, downtown Disney and on line at Cafedumonde.com taste exactly like “The French Quarters”

Man, these guys look amazing! I live in México so I can only have beignets once per year when we take our yearly trip to Disneyland, I miss the beignets way too much and I've tried other recipes but they never taste as good. I'll give this one a try and I'll let you know how it went! ;)
@ForeverSunnyy7 жыл бұрын
Btw, do you think you can add the list of ingredients and how much of them we need to the description? I know they are in the video, but my internet take ages to load and I want to write them down so I can buy them in the market. Thank you!

I made this and it doesn't work. The dough is so soft, that the yeast don't make it so fluffy. And the big point: yeast need a warm place! Not a fridge?! Too much water or you must take more flour. I take another recipe with a detailed recipe list. That doesn't work 😭
@chinyendufinebone25523 жыл бұрын
You're right. Tried it and the dough wasn't anything like the dough in the video.

Do you really use 1000g of flour
@marissaguardado1094 жыл бұрын
Yeah I did but measured it as 8 cups of flour
@angelicanunya74034 жыл бұрын
It's only a little over 4 cups
@chinyendufinebone25524 жыл бұрын
I think your right. More than 1000g of flour was used because I used four cups of flour which is equivalent of 1000g and it didn't work. My daughters and I were disappointed, we couldn't hold the dough.
@quynhnguyen91413 жыл бұрын
@@chinyendufinebone2552 1000g of all purpose flour is equivalent to 8 1/4 cups of flour. If you look at the nutrition on the flour bag, it should tell you how much 1/4 cup of flour weighs in grams. For King Arthur and Gold Medal, 1/4 cup of flour is 30g.

What’s even impressive is that your using a Pan to fry them in
