What happened with the Brandon Lee shooting was they wanted to make the scene look authentic because it was a revolver and you can tell a loaded revolver from unloaded(you can see the bullets). So they took the bullet head off the brass casings and removed the charge(gun powder) but they left the primers in and the primers had enough charge to send the bullet out hundreds of feet per second.

There’s also no excuse for cosmetic surgeons doing a criminally botched job on Mick and there being no legal recourse. Patients shouldn’t be required to sign release of liability forms to have cosmetic surgery. That would weed out all the bad, quack surgeons out there doing hatchet jobs. If a surgeon really knows what the fuck they’re doing, they shouldn’t need the patient to sign a release of liability form. If the results of a cosmetic surgery come out questionable, let a judge decide how much the patient was liable for their own decision vs. how much the doctor was liable for the unfavorable results. It’s a shame what they did to Mick.

Every gun owner knows if you pick up a firearm, you check to see if there are rounds in it. In the case of Alec Baldwin, his responsibility lies in checking to see if the ammunition in the gun have real bullets or are blanks. I respect Rourkes opinion and experience but why were they using a real gun with real bullets? Even blanks can be dangerous. The discharge force can kill you. I know hindsight is 20/20 but they could have used a fake gun and edited in the gunshot sounds later. Digital editing can do this. There’s no need to endanger anyone with real guns and real bullets anymore. But that’s my two cents. What do I know? Maybe nothing but I don’t like to see carnage and this mishap cost that lady her life. That’s tragic! And another person was wounded! What for? A movie? It’s unnecessary these days. By the way, Rourke looks terrible now. He ruined his looks with the Boxing taking too many hits to his face. He used to look so cool! He was handsome. That’s gone! He’s still a good actor but what kind of roles can he play now? Maybe he can put a helmet on and be in the Mandelorian! That’s an option! Only masked roles that hide his visage. He messed up!
