Hi Mickey, the desert you bought at the end was Thai custard with black sticky rice and the purple color on the rice come from butterfly pea flower aka Asian pigeonwings. also you could find the green variant made from Pandan leaf.

You've had that coconut sticky rice with steam egg custard before from what I recalled perhaps from one of your floating markets in BKK except the rice was not cook with the butter pea flowers. Now a day it's popular to add butter pea flowers water to turned food or drinks on Thailand to give it a purple or dark blue color. ☺ And the custard made with beat eggs mixed with coconut milk and palm sugar then steamed.

Hey Mickey another great video. Yes the way you've been using the word 'Kis in eat us correct however technically 'Kin' mostly used with someone you're friend with or someone same age as you or younger and the proper polite way to speak to someone that you don't know or older is 'Tarn' and there are also word 'Chun' for monks and 'Sa Voy' for the royalty.
