They didn't "Cancel" back then, in spite of intent . Because of a Mistake, do you think that a person's entire future should be taken away? Despite the acquittal in the criminal trial, there were numerous civil lawsuits filed by the families of the victims. These were settled out of court for undisclosed amounts.
