Crazy seeing our native species in the US be invasive elsewhere. Maybe in the future, spend some time going over your rod setups, rigs, and baits used.

Yes, I get it! To me it's crazy that carp are considered pest in Australia when they're one of the most popular fishes around here in Europe. But that's the beauty of studying an ecosystem! Is it native to the U.S? I though the Topmouth Gudgeon was native from Asia? Well noted! Thanks for the suggestion! For now, I didn't because I'm quite new to fishing and my set-up probably isn't right.. But I will definitely try to shed a light on this for the next videos!

I meant the Green Sunfish/Pumkinseed being native to the US but invasive to you guys. Oh man, don't get me started on how we treat carp in America. Most people shoot carp with bows here. Although fishing for them is slowly catching on.

@@DillonStrunkOh right! They’re on a lower spectrum of ‘invasive’, they prevent other fish from feeding or coming close to the shore with their aggressive behavior but they’re not nearly as bad as bullhead catfishes or stone moroko 😅 more of a nuisance fish tbh
