Ben have you talked with PJL yet about whether or not he will still do repair work on the micro carvers he has sold in the past? Very good video on them but I am definitely not a diy repair guy! Stay well, stay safe.

Hi Ken, It was my impression that Pat will do repairs on the hand-pieces that he has sold in the past. They are basically pretty simple and the parts are readily available. If he won't then many of the several "Dental Supply" companies will service other brands. I however would suspect "Labor Costs" are pretty close to "replacement" costs. Like TV and Radio repair...cheaper to just buy a new one. Ben

@@StudioOnTheLake Thanks Ben. Many years of knowledge and experience in those thoughts. My carver is about 15 years old and used for a total of 5 minutes learning how to use it! The way my woodworking is going (and 3 dremels to 1) I think I'm good for awhile. Stay well and stay safe. Got a full week of warm starting today!

I got suckered into a air compresor grinder it was called the turbo something. It was a littel plastic chineze joke first one leaked air second the same but the jerk that sells them said no more guarentees . 600 down the tubes . I am a hobie machinest and when i took it apart the plastic impeller was missing fins and the rear retainer was in backwards and there was no rear bearing. I tried to talk to john about it and he made it aparent i ruiened my warranty . Thanks for nothing micro mini turbo company. I got 2 small gun stalks carved. Never made my money back let alone ones for profit as they said you could do with it. Info mercials.

I thought the Dremel Stylus was a micro carver?

Not in my opinion. It is a mutant that really doesn't fit in with the micro handpieces. I am sure it will do the job everything depends on one preferences and such.
