I have a 4 channel RadioLink controller and receiver in a Redcat Gen8. I got it so I can add a smoke machine. It's meant to use as exhaust on a drift car. I though that white smoke rolling out the exhaust looked like you blew the engine. In the Redcat I mounted it right up front above the steering servo. So after a hard climb up a difficult hill I can flip the smoke on and it looks like an over heated radiator blowing steam. Kind of a dumb mod, but it draws attention and sets my rig apart from the crowd. For smoke juice I use nicotine vape juice. It is exactly the same stuff (propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin) as used in a fog machine and in model trains, except the addition of the nicotine and flavors. Or you can buy the two ingredients by the quart or gallon at Walmart and make enough smoke juice to last for years. For as little as I use the smoke machine I just buy a small bottle of no nicotine vape juice.

I used the vape juice in my killerbody smoke exhaust also. I also used it in my HG MRAP .

2 ounce of propylene glycol at Walmart is $5.99. 4 ounce of vegetable glycerin is $3.86 at Walmart. So for $10 you could make 6 fluid ounces of smoke juice.

Oh wow fantastic, I have and use this transmitter actually I have have 2. 80% of my trucks use this transmitter. Didn't know they made a mini now I can convert the 1/18 and 1/16 stuff over thanks for sharing, I'm excited about this product 🙏☮️✝️so what about the ESC what are you using. Wish my hood closed that tight mine opens all the time

Do you happen to know what the differences are between them ? As there is a v1.0 v1.1 and v2.1 could be even more, i know that the v1.0 is 4-8v and up and the rest are 3v and up is the gyro the same or is the newer one better as i cannot find the v2.1 anywhere except aliexpress

I'm really not sure on the different versions. I suggest getting the latest version possible but even the v1 is still going perfect

So i see the workinh voltage of this receiver is low does that mean my furitech Python pro ESC will burn it up or is it compatible I'm currently using the six-channel receiver it's too large though

I didn't have personal experience with that esc but I know some guys have done it.. I watched a video on some one done it. I think it was on fb
