Need to put a decent lithium battery in your yak. Should be able to troll and spot lock for over 8 hours. Then again that's why I got the peddle drive because paddling sucks when you are trying to troll with no juice left in the battery

Willow leaves and Ford fenders with worms are a killer set up too. It also helps to put on a rubber snubber too. It'll help keep them from tearing out the hook.

Boat cooking was stellar!!! Definitely would love more of these videos. Awesome seeing you in the middle of the lake doing this because I want to try it myself one day! Quick tip Jordo, if you don't want those noodles to stick together but you don't want to add oil to rhe noodles because the sauce slicks off, keep some of the cooking water from the pasta and add it right after you strain. The pasta won't stick together but the sauce will stick to your noodles amazingly !

Try one of those little copper scrubbing pads for descaling. That you get at the grocery store. Work great for Kokanee.

I've never heard of Kokes being called micro salmon LOL... Shorten that leader behind your flasher, all you need is about 10-12"... Once you dial it in, it's almost as fun as Columbia Salmon

Love Kokanee fishing, I am pretty sure that that was Yale, I have gone fishing out there a couple times and they have littler fish than merwin but there are a lot more of them. But I usually fish at merwin.

My buddy fished Odell lake ( kokanee ). Caught LOTS, Used an 8" leader ( if I remember correctly) with one corn. If longer or shorter no good. Could be 7 or 9, but I don't think so.
