This turntable has been a testament in Micro Seiki technological knowledge in developing a table that was above everybody's else's standard.

Awesome! At 45KG, that is some heavy turntable!

45 Kg to turn a record weighting 180 g? c'mon man, what are these designers thinking... this is audiofool at it`s best.

@@boromir_8428 Yeah, is just another gimmick to make you beg for a bank loan to have one! Audiophile is no different to any auctions at Christies or Bonham. But as physics goes, it will be one hell of a smooth ride to get the best out of a vinyl.

@@henrypang4734 yes but i'm afraid your ears will barely notice the change, your bank account will! : )

@@boromir_8428 That I agree. Listening is very very sensitive issue. If you have wax in your ear, the sound quality is definately affected. Sometimes buying into expensive hobbies is a denial in taste. So, if you want self saisfaction, you just need to spend and gloat in a blog. I go to HiFi shows every now and then just to make sure if sound is really worth that much ££€€$$ and usually they all sound different but is really the preference of the displayer. Some I like but with a less expensive set up and some sounded terrible costing a mortgage!!

This turntable has 4 speeds (16, 33, 45 and 78 rpm), or only 33 and 45 rpm?

A belt or a nicer cord would suit this big heavy table much better, not that ugly roast beef string!
