Hey very helpful video! I had a very basic question, so would you recommend spinning cells (PBMCs) at 3000 rcf for 1 min in the microcentrifuge ? Like is the speed ok? I am just worried because I don’t want the cells to die

That's probably the max you'd want to go - lower is better

How do you measure the radius? center point to which point? thanks!

Typically the end of the tube, but the force will vary along the tube because the radius varies (assuming tube is at an angle)

Sorry, I meant do you measure it from the center point of the microcentrifuge to the external border of the hole where you place the eppendorf tube?
