It saved my life, 40yrs addicted to alcohol and after 3rd dose - 9th day, no DTs no shakes and no want for anything to do with alcohol, also it got rid of my anxiety and depression. Weirdly it’s helped with my dyslexia, so now I’m able to read. It’s a true game changer especially if you don’t want to get high - which I certainly do not want. Microdosing is becoming a amazing tool in benzo tapering. Unfortunately alot of doctors that have had their patients on all different types of benzos for double digit years and then wanna cold turkey cut them off of taper them off in 4 weeks which brings on horrible withdrawal.

Some studies have shown that the active substance in mushrooms (psilocybin) might be helpful for cluster headaches in particular, but also treatment resistant chronic migraines. One study in Denmark showed that there was a statistically significant effect in reducing migraine episodes in 2/3 of subjects which lasted up to 2 weeks in some people, which is really amazing if true, since no other medication for migraines does this. The active ingredient was chemically pure and not actually mushrooms, and the dose was pretty large, so not microdosing. The study said different doses need to be tried and other things, since it was a small study.

The system is plain evil. But with that said, there aren't a great many people who can't drink moderately. We who over drink and become alcoholic are a low percentage of the population. I started drinking as a kid at 11 years old. My life has been a lifelong struggle with alcohol and anxiety and pain management all connected to childhood extreme trauma. Consequently I have at 59 quit drinking yet again nearly 5 months. I chose to get on methadone for chronic pain while in a alcohol and drug treatment program. It never occurred to me that I was taking the worst drug ever invented! This apparently gets in the tissues of the body and brain and does not want to leave without first totally torturing the host. I only took this methodone for less than 2 months and then jumped off of it cold turkey at 30 milligrams. I've nearly committed suicide twice in the last month. Winding me in E.R. both times. I'm using low dose Kratom now to help me but it barely helps. WOW I might opt to die instead because it's truly that bad!! I feel for each and all who just wanted to have a better quality of life so took medicine for the pain. I guess the lesson is there's never a magic thing that can make all our boo boos go away. It's a mind and eventually maybe a soul trap as well I'm going to fight until I can't take another day of torture but only because I'm afraid of death and hell. 😢

Micro dosing really is extremely helpful. Its not intoxicating at all and it really can help a lot with many issues. Smoking marijuana is more intoxicating and has more of a negative effect in my opinion. Micro dosing helps me be more creative, positive, and more productive in general. All of that without feeling overwhelming or too good to be true like Adderall.

I tried microdosing mushrooms for some weeks, but it did nothing to me. Either I took too much and was distracted and fatigued or I took too little and felt no effect at all. By contrast, full dosages in a therapeutic setting have been incredibly beneficial to me, lifting me out of a truly major depression.

Very very informative and interesting. My question is, what about taking tiny amounts of Suboxone. I’m on the 4 mg strips and take 2 mg a day of Suboxone but I take about 6 to 8 little pieces a day. Is this ok? I was taking them 3 times a day when I was getting the 8 mg strips but now I’m getting the huge strips and they taste so strong that I will actually throw up if I take a piece bigger that what I’m taking now. I had to watch for fifteen minutes to find out that he wasn't going to give an opinion on that. My disappointment was turned to irritation by the fact that he tried impressing his audience by using a five-dollar word that he didn't even know how to pronounce.

You're ignoring that this is not only a trend because psychedelics had been discovered long ago but rendered illegal. The illegality of those substances and especially the fact that they were qualified as Schedule 1, without therapeutic benefits, gave them bad reputation so their use was not so widespread. Unsurprisingly, you're using the word caution many times, while it is evident that some people have to be more careful than others. You're not saying that with any kind of medication, we have to be always careful with the dosage, whether is Tylenol, Aspirin or LSD. If all these positive effects people are talking about are the result of placebo effect, this is the cheapest placebo we can get. It costs me about 80$ a year and I enjoy the benefits consistently. I already jumped in this wagon after many years of resisting it. Microdosing has changed my life and the ones of many of my friends, relatives and clients.

Hey, the right way to do. It is just to take a dose of some good LSD 50 to a 100 mikes. If you want to take 250 mikes and really get high, that's the way to do it. But don't b******* with this thing microdosing. That's c*** dose and have the real trip and get the real work done. It's work If you're not wired for the first place, you should never even do it. I’d like some information about micro dosing on subs. I’ve heard that I can start on subs by micro dosing without the need to detox off opioids.

This can & is already being done. You don’t have to go into a full withdrawal to commence subs. It doesn’t have to be an uncomfortable transfer at all but if you’ve become accustomed to a certain amount of opioids, you’ll probably want your sub dose to be equivalent to that at first or else you’ll still crave opioids & that’s what you want to avoid. Once you’ve found a comfortable dose of suboxone, you can taper off as fast or slowly as you’re comfortable with. No one can force you to take a strip. I hope that made sense.
