MicroFreak and MS-70CDR soundbank for Berlin School and Ambient

I just purchased this soundbank. This is a wonderful collection of presets. Just played a little with it already. But it's late where I live and tomorrow there's the money job. The accompanying booklet is very well put together and is a valuable asset next to this soundbank. Thank you for your effort in creating this soundbank and giving it away for a very small fee.

Thomas, Thank you very much for the patches and detailed manual! I just got my MicroFreak and Zoom CDR pedal last week, and have learned a lot from your videos. Fired off this track while maintaining my current software project's Git repo. Just longed for the aural company of some soothing Waveformer tune. Didn't read the title. Sounds turned more and more dominant while I was typing, finally reaching a fully consciuos level from out of the background. What a celestial kind of music once more, dude 👍 Then I read that you performed these soundscapes on the MicroFreak through only a MS-70CDR and I was completely blown away. It takes a real master to get that sound out of such a relatively modest equipment. Taking a deep bow and sending you so many thanks 👋

I also bought the presets. Wonderful combination of the two devices. Above all, the presets greatly enhance the zoom (the factory presets are all crap). Really good job!

Just bought the presets...I don't own the Zoom unit but I'm sure I can come up with something with other devices to enhance these great great sounding MicroFreak presets. But I'll have the Zoom presets in case I ever purchase one and I really should. Great work here!

Thanks a lot for your support ❤️. The Wavestate and the MicroFreak are my most-played synth the last three years. I can sit for hours experimenting with sound design and the built in arpeggiator and sequencing features, almost like meditation 😊 🎹🎛️🎶

@@Waveformer Thanks again for your great presets. Wavestate was love at first site. I preordered and waited anxiously months for it to arrive, and is my most powerful synth. Creating rhythmic soundscapes beyond anything I could imagine. But it does have a steep learning curve. So your presets are very helpful. I liked my 1st MicroFreak so much, I soon bought a second one 🙂 It is the one I sit on the couch, back yard lounge chair, or park bench with, and have endless fun tweaking the knobs. Synking the two of them together and fiddling with the two arpeggiators, is pure magic. Looking forward to trying the new patches on it, and the Zoom. Happy Trails...

great man. shouldve kept the mf... miss it. still have the cdr. how do you control tempo? is there away to midi sync the zoom with other synths?

It’s not possible to MIDI sync the tempo on the MS-70 as far as I know. I just tap in the correct tempo so it matches the song tempo. As long as the song doesn’t change tempo, I’m good :-).

No. The MiniFreak doesn’t have the Cloud Grains oscillator, does it?
