Hi we were wondering on what to use instead of the exhi:bit Prototyping system for micro:bit because we weren’t able to buy.

i heard that you could connect it blue tooth to your phone so you could have it take a picture of the person coming in

Hi, tank you for creating this video. As a beginner I am having trouble at the end when you use the adapter. Do you have advice to rigging it up without the adapter. Also, do you have another vid to explain using different codes to set the alarm? Lastly, do you have a vid on combining the visual alarm, too? Cheers

Hey man, love these vids. Quick question: do you know anywhere I can buy individual accessories in bulk? I'd like to just buy a job lot of buzzers or leds or wires etc. Thanks in advance.

How do you connect the buzzer without the bread board?
@MicroMonsters7 жыл бұрын
does your buzzer have long wires? If so you could just wrap it around the contacts on the microbit otherwise if you have any crocodile clips you could use these?
@programmingisamazing21307 жыл бұрын
okay thanks :)

hello , my buzzer is just a small black circle with two metal pins coming out of it. I do have some wires with crocodile clips on them, red, yellow, and white ones. I bought the things from your link. But I do not have a bread board. So when I connected my microbit nothing worked. I'm not sure why. Please could you do a tutorial or a photo of how the wires go to the buzzer and microbit?

see this image I quickly did (its for headphones not a buzzer but dont worry) ibb.co/mdy3Z5 basically connect one side of your buzzer to pin zero and the other side to ground
@programmingisamazing21307 жыл бұрын
ok thank you. i will do that.

With the microbit we mostly use makecode.microbit.org/ using chrome on pc but sometimes micropythong using the mu editor

where dose each component go on the microbit itself

In our case, as shown in the video, the speaker is attached to pin0 and ground and the two pieces of tinfoil are attached to p2 and ground
@caleteccodingforkids53007 жыл бұрын
so dose both the speaker and the tinfoil go to ground
